Willowherb (Epilobium canum)

An herbaceous semi-evergreen shrub with a dense, mounding habit. Spreads by rhizomes. Trumpet-shaped flowers bloom in red-orange. Blooms in summer and gray-green. Native to California, the West, and northern Mexico.
